"Paid $7.8 Million For the House": Bradley Beal Poised to Make $2.2 Million Profit Through His 13,482 Square Feet Mansion

Bradley Beal is the newest offensive piece for the Phoenix Suns. Joining the team in the off-season via trade, Beal left the Washington Wizards to move to sunny Arizona. This means that his $7.8 million mansion in Maryland has become of no use to him. As such, according to Joe Pompliano on X (Formerly Twitter), Beal is putting the mansion up for sale. Listing it on the market for $10 million, Beal, who is fondly referred to by many as “Big Panda,” is looking to make a nice $2.2 million profit. This is a smart decision on his part, especially considering the fact that you wouldn’t want a 13,482-square-foot house lying around.

Bradley Beal is looking to make a $2.2 million profit

As reported by Joe Pompliano on X, Bradley Beal has listed his 13,482-square-foot Maryland mansion on the market. Having just been traded to the Phoenix Suns, Beal is moving from the mild weathered state of Maryland to the scorching hot deserts of Arizona. So, it makes sense why he would want to sell his property.

The three-time All-Star bought the mansion back in 2019, for $7.8 million. However, now that he has left the state, he is looking to make a decent profit. Putting it up for $10 million, Beal is hoping to pocket a cool $2.2 million in profit. A decent price for those who can afford such a palatial mansion.

After all, the fact that it was owned by an NBA superstar aside, it also has some great amenities. Six beds, nine baths, a home gym, an arcade, an outdoor kitchen, a pool, a tennis court, and an indoor basketball court. What more can you ask for?

However, selling a house is easier said than done, especially considering the state of the real estate market. We all know how much struggle Michael Jordan has faced in selling his Chicago Mansion. Nevertheless, Beal will be hoping to see the sale through so that he can look for a permanent residence in Phoenix, Arizona.

Beal was initially shocked by the Suns trade

The Bradley Beal trade was undoubtedly one of the blockbuster trades of the off-season. The move saw Beal join the Phoenix Suns, creating a three-headed monster in Arizona. Coupling the guard with the likes of Devin Booker, and Kevin Durant, the Suns are certainly one of the favorites to win it all.

However, upon learning of the trade, Beal was shocked. He was under the impression that Phoenix had given up D-Book to bring him on the roster. Fortunately, that was not the case. The former Florida State Gator was ecstatic to learn that the roster had remained the same. Instead, the Wizards got Chris Paul, who they flipped to get Jordan Poole instead.

Now, he looks to make his mark with the Suns. Seeing how this is the first time he has a legitimate chance to win it all, we’ll have to see how Beal and the Suns rally together. Maybe they can finish the mission D-Book started with his 2021 squad.
