"Real Basketball Brains...": LeBron James Bestows Compliment on Scout After Glowing Quote on Bronny James' Top 10 Draft Projection

When it comes to NBA draft prospects, there aren’t many more hyped up than Bronny James at the moment. Sure, yes, his father being LeBron James had something to do with it. But, those that incriminate him for it need to cut the kid some slack. He may be enjoying the advantages, but it’s not like he asked for it. And more than anything else, he has earned this attention.

Over the course of the last few months, scouts have seen Bronny James ascend past levels they didn’t think were possible for him. And with the man still maturing both physically, and mentally, he is expected to take multiple more leaps forward, giving him a high floor already, along with a very high ceiling.

Despite knowing all this though, there have been some that still discount the young man’s ability, saying that he is being hyped up far too much and that he is far too glorified for someone who is a role player on the high school level.

But, a scout recently decided to respond to that allegation, speaking on the man’s ability vehemently. And it appears that LeBron James just couldn’t hold in his excitement after seeing it.

Scout says Bronny James has positively earned his spot as a projected top 10 pick in the 2024 NBA draft

Now, it is hard not to bat an eye at a role player being projected as a top-10 pick, especially when it’s by ESPN. However, that’s just how good Bronny James is. His vision, passing ability, outside shooting, defense, and overall athleticism have been making scouts drool harder than what’s probably a healthy limit. And yet, once you see the man play, it’s hard to blame them.

But of course, the internet will always have people that aren’t happy. You could probably save the whole world from an apocalypse, save all the infrastructure while doing it, and there will still be that one group that hates you for not scratching your behind like a monkey while achieving what you did.

Nobody knows that better than LeBron James. And yet, when it came down to all the hate his son was experiencing, he couldn’t help but say something about it on his Instagram story. So, here is the Instagram post he put up on his story.

“Real basketball (brains) know what’s up! But work ain’t done. Just starting…”

For a man that has become a bit stoic with his opinions over the last few years, that is about as expressive as we have seen in a while. But then again, this is his son we’re talking about. It’d probably be a bit weird if he gave one of those generic answers that really said ‘can I leave and go home already?’

With Bronny James getting so much attention though, it has become more and more important to ask. Where is Bronny James going to college?

Where is Bronny James going to college?

During a time when most draft prospects have started committing to their colleges of choice, Bronny James has apparently decided he wants he’s going to keep acting coy for a while longer. And as you’d expect, it’s made most fans more confused than a homeless man under house arrest, on where he is going.

That said, reports do say that the man is currently deciding between USC, Ohio State, and USC, with a decision set to come very, very soon. Of the 3 though, Ohio is still thought to be the most likely destination for the man.
