"Russell Westbrook could be the best player ever without an NBA title": Skip Bayless waxes eloquent about the Wizards star over his recent performances

Skip Bayless lauds Wizards star Russell Westbrook for his performance despite a loss against Giannis and his Bucks last night.

How has Russell Westbrook not officially been named Mr. Triple-Double yet? For the last month or so, the star has been on an absolute tear. His performances have been so incredible so far, he has taken the franchise from a terrible start to the campaign to sitting 10th in the East, a play-in spot.

Recently, Washington faced off against Milwaukee. And while many expected a decisive victory for the Bucks, the Brodie took over once again, to make it a close contest.

Despite the game ending in favor of the Bucks, the NBA community hasn’t forgotten Westbrook’s incredible performance. And surprisingly, Skip Bayless stands among them as well.

Skip Bayless was ‘mesmerized’ by Russell Westbrook

The final score for the game is a bit ludicrous, to be honest. Both teams crossed 130 points, for the final score to be 134-135. The ultra-scoring age of the NBA is upon us.

The performance of Russell Westbrook on both ends during this game was quite simply incredible. He turned his effort up to eleven during this game and even guarded Giannis Antetokounmpo at times. By the end, he had racked up 29 points, 12 rebounds, and 17 assists on 60% from the field. He also added 3 steals to this stellar performance.

Infamous NBA analyst Skip Bayless it seems was watching this incredible game. And right after it, he took to Twitter to praise Russ.

To be completely honest, it’s a bit surprising to see Bayless praise any player at all. After all, he’s made a career off criticizing athletes no matter what they do. As fans of the Brodie, we hope he can continue to display his greatness to the world.
