'Russell Westbrook is a walking triple-double': Bradley Beal effusive in his praise of new Wizards teammate

In his interaction with the Media yesterday, Bradley Beal was of the belief that his pairing with Russ should work out great.

Ever since the Rockets and the Wizards let the news of Russell Westbrook for John Wall out, there have been a lot of opinions about it. Many believe that the Rockets got the losing end of the deal, with all the injuries that Wall has been surrounded by in recent times. Others believe Russ might be an inhibiting factor for Bradley Beal.

Bradley Beal missed the Bubble and has been out since July due to a shoulder injury. He looks healthy and is ready to have a good season ahead. When asked about how he feels about Russ and him working together, Beal was very optimistic.

Bradley Beal loves Russell Westbrook’s aggression

The Wizards star, in his interaction with the Media, talked about a lot of things. He talked about his shoulder injury, his former teammate John Wall and his new teammate Russell Westbrook. Contrary to all the chatter out there, Beal believes he and Russ would get along particularly well.

Bradley Beal also went on to talk about how Russ is an excellent all-round player. He called him a walking triple-double.

Apart from on the court stuff, Beal went on to say he knows Russ a bit off the court as well and praised him there as well.

The Wizards face the Nets for their first pre-season game on 14th December.
