With 2 games for Golden State came two very embarrassing losses at the hands of the Nets and then the Milwaukee Bucks on Christmas.
The Nets blew the Warriors out by 26 points and the Bucks took this as a challenge and come close to doubling that margin of victory. Khris Middleton and the Bucks beat Warriors 138-99.
The Warriors fell were being guaranteed a Playoff berth by many NBA analysts prior to the start of the season. Now, many are arguing that they won’t even make the play-in tournament.
Perhaps the only positive news to come out of the Warriors camp in the past couple of days has been Steph Curry and how many corner 3s he made in a row.

The Warriors released a video of Steph Curry making 105 shots from the right corner beyond the arc in a row. This feat is beyond remarkable but Warriors coach Steve Kerr is hilariously unimpressed.
When asked about Curry’s 105 three pointers in practice, Kerr had quite a witty remark. He joked, “He choked. He couldn’t make the 106th one. I guess he just didn’t have it in him.”
This is obviously a light-hearted jab at the 2x MVP. As great of a shooter Kerr was back in his Chicago days, even he can admit that making 105 straight 3s is quite extraordinary.
The Warriors and their poor play
Kelly Oubre and Andrew Wiggins have gone ice cold from the field to start the season off. Neither has shot close to 50% from the field, with the former actually going 1-10 against the Bucks.
With Wiggins and Oubre starting to becoming a non-factor on offense, all of the defensive attention will be pointed towards Steph Curry alone.
One silver lining however is that their rookie James Wiseman has shown up ready to play. He dropped 18 points while shooting 3-4 from three point range.
