"That N***a is Mostly Muscle!": Anthony Edwards Was All Over 210 lbs Jayson Tatum's Big Muscles During a Locker Room Talk

Jayson Tatum and the Boston Celtics have come a long way from the season when Kyrie Irving left them. And the still Celtics man has also come a long way since then himself. You see, as NBA fans when it comes to body transformation stories, Giannis Antetokounmpo is the first to come to mind. However, what many forget is that Jayson Tatum had quite an astonishing body transformation too during his time in the NBA. In fact, the Celtics star has come so far, that apparently Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards just couldn’t help but talk about Tatum’s muscles earlier this season. And it all happened when he wasn’t even around to hear it.

Anthony Edwards couldn’t help but talk about Jayson Tatum’s muscles to his teammates

Anthony Edwards is not someone who lacks any kind of muscle. He entered the NBA with quite the chiseled body and has only added to it since. That said, even he had to stop to appreciate Jayson Tatum’s body. Take a look at the clip in the tweet below by ‘Ibra_Goat’ to hear the Timberwolves star’s words on the matter.

“You see how (Jayson) Tatum look on TV? Tatum don’t look big on TV, man. But when you see that n***a in person, damn he is mostly muscle. This is my flex, that’s Tatum’s arm. That sh*t look crazy!”

We’re not sure Jayson Tatum got a chance to hear this earlier this season. After all, the clip only recently seems to have grabbed the NBA community’s attention. However, it might be a different story now. And it’s hard to imagine the Celtics star not smiling a little at the sight of the clip.

What was Jayson Tatum’s weight transformation?

As per DraftExpress, Jayson Tatum weighed in at 200 lbs in 2017, with a 6’10” frame, the year he was drafted into the NBA. Since then, the man has put on 10 lbs of pure muscle and weighs in at 210 lbs, as per Basketball Reference, the visual element of which you can see in yet another tweet by Ibra_Goat below.

In comparison to him, Anthony Edwards weighs a little higher at 225 lbs. However, despite having a smaller frame at 6’5”, according to Basketball Reference.
