Wanting A 1v1 In 10 Years, 'Old' Paul Pierce And Kevin Garnett Hilariously Have Deion Sanders' Son Shilo Comparing Them To His Grandma Falling

A few weeks ago, Deion Sanders’ sons – Shilo Sanders and Shedeur Sanders – went viral on social media for challenging Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce to a 2v2 battle. Ever since the highly-anticipated contest between Colorado University and the University of Southern California took place, the Sanders brothers and the Boston Celtics legend have been going back and forth, talking trash with each other.

In a recent snippet released by Showtime Basketball, Shilo Sanders is seen indulging in a friendly banter with the two Hall-Of-Famers. Kevin Garnett begins the conversation by stating that the iconic NBA pair would face the Sanders brothers for their 2v2 challenge in 10 years. However, having the upper hand on the injured duo, Shilo demanded a match as soon as possible instead.

At the same time, Pierce shed light on the newest injury he sustained. Shilo found it hilarious but The Truth did sound in distress when talking about “falling down the other day”. However, the 23-year-old only trolled the 2008 NBA Champ for being old.

KG: “We gon see you’re a** in ten years when you and your brother wanna play one on one ‘ight?”

Shilo: “With that injury, I need to play you today. Now it’s even.”

Pierce: “I fell down the other day.”

Shilo: “That’s an injury for you? Some old folks fall, that’s a big deal… It’s like when my grandma falls, it’s a huge deal.”

Deion Sanders believes that Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett will defeat his sons

Deion Sanders is a wise man. Instantly after his sons challenged the Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce duo to a game of 2v2 basketball, Deion warned his sons. Explaining to his sons that they made a mistake by challenging the legends, Coach Primo made it pretty clear that he was backing the Garnett-Pierce pair to win.

“You know these are legends right? You and Sheduer gonna argue. They were nasty. They weren’t friendly ball players. Shilo, the game didn’t dictate how nasty they were… Shilo, they were nasty. They didn’t just play the game, they were trying to hurt you too. They were trying to embarrass you, and talk to you and make you feel bad about your life.”

Deion Sanders is not at all wrong. The Sanders brothers might have their youth as an advantage. But, one cannot take away the fact that Garnett and Pierce are two of the greatest basketball players of the 2000s.

From what their podcast activity suggests, Deion Sanders shares a great relationship with KG and Pierce. The NFL Hall-Of-Famer has made quite a few appearances on their podcast and is even seen spending time away from the camera.

It seems as though Garnett and Deion have come a long way from the first time that they were introduced by Spudd Webb.
