Who does LeBron James Support Between Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe? LA Lakers’ $1.2 Billion Worth Superstar Expresses His Excitement for the World Cup Final

With most of the world watching them, both Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe will be lacing up their boots for the last time in the 2022 World Cup on Sunday, hoping to take home the biggest prize in the world of Soccer.

Irrespective of Team USA’s absence from the knockouts since the Netherlands beat them (3-1) in the round of 16, the country has shown a huge amount of interest in the tournament as if they are still in it.

But that’s how “soccer” has always been for the rest of the world. Irrespective of their country’s presence in the World Cup, the whole world watches it with much more interest than any other sporting event.

And it looks like even the superstars of the NBA are looking forward to seeing who among the two of the greatest footballer wins the ultimate reward in Qatar tomorrow.

Who does LeBron James support between Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe?

After his game-winning (30 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 steals) performance against NBA’s reigning MVP Nikola Jokic’s Denver Nuggets, LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers, faced a question in the post-game presser about who he is going to support in the WC Final.

Although the 4x NBA Champ dodged the question about whom he’ll be supporting among the two Paris Saint Germain Stars, he was excited about the time of the stream in LA which will be around 7 a.m.

The $1.2 billion worth NBA star, who has a stake in the Liverpool Football Club of the English Premier League didn’t reveal who he is supporting till the end. He might be a fan of Messi but Ibrahima Konate, an LFC player, who plays in the heart of the defense for Les Bleus, must be stopping him from revealing his favorite team.

Or the man has both teams’ jerseys and will be rocking with winners on social media later? Sounds more like LeBron, eh? He might not even know about Konate. Otherwise, he would’ve surely flaunted his knowledge.

How well the Argentinian and French stars have done thus far?

Mbappe has scored 5 goals and assisted another 2 for his side thus far in 6 games. Messi has had the same number of goals (scored 3/5 via penalties) but an assist more than the French sensation. The last time they met in the WC, France beat Messi’s team 4-3 in the round of 16.

A Latin American team would never give up goals easily. Although considering the strength of Les Bleus, both on attack and defense, they should emerge victorious in a tight contest.

However, at the same time, Argentina would need somebody to earn a penalty or two for themselves because the Frenchmen haven’t let anybody score more than a goal against them yet. And they have scored at least 2 in 5 out of 6 games.

Let’s just hope for the best World Cup Final game we have ever seen. If LM10 and his Argentinean side do emerge victorious, the world would be a happier place with at least one GOAT candidate retiring with a WC trophy in his already enormous cabinet.
