"Would you sit James Harden AND Kevin Durant in Game 6?": Reggie Miller roasted by NBA Twitter for laughably stupid tweet regarding Steve Nash's headache as Nets head coach

Reggie Miller was probably out on a mission to get the worst Twitter ratio. Or so it seemed, judging from his tweet about James Harden.

Kevin Durant produced one of the greatest playoff performances by any player ever in leading the Nets to a W today. His 49 point triple-double is the first time in NBA playoff history that anyone has 45/15/10 in a single game.

Durant and his Nets got off to one of the worst starts possible for this game. James Harden played 45+ minutes on the night, but he couldn’t hit a barn door with a bazooka if he wanted to.

Given the state that his hamstring was in, the onus fell on Kevin Durant to rise up to the occasion. And KD did it in the best manner possible, shutting up all his haters and all those chirping and playing down LeBron James comparisons.

But perhaps somebody like Reggie Miller WANTS haters at this point, judging from his tweet.

Reggie Miller roasted by NBA Twitter for his asinine take

For those not yet in the know, Reggie Miller questioned NBA Twitter whether or not Steve Nash would be willing to rest Kevin Durant and James Harden for Game 6.

Reggie caught the worst ratio that NBA Twitter has seen in 2021. In fact, the man still may have time to delete his tweet – it’s not too late yet. The likes of Isaiah Thomas have called him out for this question:

It’s pretty clear that if Steve Nash wants to win this series, he needs to give his best lineup the maximum minutes possible in the remainder of the 2 prospective games left. The Bucks might win Game 6 at home anyway, but that’s no reason to lay down your weapons and surrender.
