Christian McCaffrey, the star running back of the San Francisco 49ers recently proposed to his long-time girlfriend, Olivia Culpo. The former Miss Universe and the 26-year-old running back have been together since 2019. As soon as the couple announced their engagement, old stories about them started popping up.

One of the stories that has been gaining attention is about the time when Culpo was asked by American Airlines to cover up before boarding a flight with her boyfriend, Christian McCaffrey, and sister, Aurora Culpo.
In January, the Culpo sisters and McCaffrey were boarding a flight to Mexico. However, the airline officials had problems with the way the 30-year-old model was dressed. The airlines thought that her outfit was inappropriate. She wore a black sports bra and paired it with matching colored biker shorts. As a result, they asked the pageant queen to cover up.

The officials asked her to wear more clothes, and she complied. But her sister, Aurora, who documented the whole incident, was the least bit happy about the incident.
She said on her Instagram Story: “They call her up to the desk and tell her that she needs to put a blouse on, otherwise she can’t get on the plane,” She continued in the clip, which Olivia shared to her own Instagram Story. “Tell me is that not so f—– up.”
The Sports Illustrated cover girl put on her beau’s grey sweatshirt, and then the three made it to the plane. To make light of the situation, Aurora posted a story on her Instagram about the former Carolina Panthers RB with his arms tucked into his T-shirt, apparently for warmth, she wrote, “When you freeze bc ur lady dress inappropriate AF. Exactly how Jack from the titanic died. LMAO.”

The NFL couple announced the great news on their Instagram accounts. Both looked happy as they shared a series of pictures. In the black-and-white snaps, McCaffrey was seen on one knee and holding a box of a ring while his girlfriend covered her mouth in surprise. She also posted a picture where tears were rolling down her face because of her happiness.
Olivia was doubtful of the relationship before entering it because her previous relationships with the former New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola and the former Denver Broncos QB Tim Tebow did not work out. However, the 49ers RB was different from the rest and fans are glad that everything worked out perfectly for them.
