The Packers quarterback had come out this offseason with a lot of shocking news. First, there were reports that he was extremely unhappy with the Packers management and front office.
That escalated to trade rumors with the Packers quarterback even apparently putting out a list of his top trade destinations. There were questions about retiring and holding out of Packers training camp and even the 2021-22 season.
However, things have temporarily subsided as the Green Bay legend has agreed to come back for at least the next season, reworking his contract to ensure he stays. That provided some much relief to the Packers head coach.
As the #Packers work to finalize QB Aaron Rodgers’ reworked contract, the trade of old friend & current #Texans WR Randall Cobb is also waiting to be finalized (with the cap in mind). All indications are both should happen, and that the Cobb trade was a specific Rodgers request.

The Packers quarterback had stirred quite a lot of people with all his antics (justified or not is a different story). Obviously, the Packers organization had mishandled certain aspects of the entire ordeal, with certain people making some questionable comments.
All through it, various other people were involved too. Davanate Adams questioned his future with the Green Bay Packers after all the news came out and Matt LaFleur apparently resorted to drinking.
“I just drank a lot of wine at night, so that put me to sleep,” Matt LaFleur on his stress over the summer.
