Shannon Sharpe and Skip Bayless often get into arguments about their sports takes, and after Skip tried to defend Brady again, Shannon was having none of it.

Brady and the Buccaneers are in the worst season of the Brady era, and things didn’t improve after a 35-7 blowout loss to a 49ers team led by ‘Mr. Irrelevant’ Brock Purdy.
Brady and the Bucs are hanging on by a thread in the playoff leaders. They’re in by the virtue of being division leaders because of how weak the NFC South is, but with the way things are looking, they don’t appear to be a real threat in the NFC at all.
Last week’s loss was the final nail in the coffin in terms of that narrative. Of course, there’s still time. The Bucs can turn things around and go on a run as much as any other team can. They also have Tom Brady who’s the GOAT come January. However, something feels different this year, and people are starting to realize this isn’t the same Bucs team of past years.

Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe get into it while discussing Tom Brady
Skip Bayless is the biggest Tom Brady supporter on the planet. Even when Brady plays badly and has his off days, Skip Bayless will be right there, defending Brady’s honor.
More of the same continued on The Undisputed after the 49ers’ massive win, and Shannon Sharpe had finally had enough. Skip pulled out an argument where he was comparing Shannon to Brady, and it made no sense at all. In retaliation, Shannon made sure to bring up that he didn’t care and that he was established enough.

Skip didn’t have any reason to compare Shannon Sharpe and Brady, even if Shannon was taking a shot at Brady. Of course, Shannon’s points were valid considering Brady went 34/55 for 253 yards, 1 touchdown, and 2 interceptions, so even then, Skip had no business doing what he did.
