NFL Positive Covid Tests : Several teams put football activities on hold after receiving positive COVID-19 tests

NFL Positive Covid Tests  : Several teams are altering football activities while the NFL investigates an irregular spike in positive test results.

On Sunday, the NFL announced that multiple positive COVID-19 tests were found by one of the league’s testing partners. All of the positive results come from a single New Jersey lab called BioReference.

However, the league has not received any similar results from their other testing partners. They will, therefore, be working with BioReference to investigate the legitimacy of the tests. In the meantime, teams around the league have been put on hold.

The league was quick to respond to this irregularity and is now taking the required precautions. So far, they have done well to contain an outbreak considering there are now only 4 COVID positive players.
