NOR Vs SOU Dream 11 Prediction: Norwich City Vs Southampton. Barring a late surge of constant points, Norwich City’s demise looks ascertained this season.

Sitting in a soup as they failed to persistently address the elephant in the room before the Premier League was halted, Norwich City find themselves in a real pickle this season. An appearance for them in the marquee league looks set to be a fleeting affair with the side set to make the drop in the league after having only been promoted this season.

Sitting in bottom place, Norwich City find themselves well adrift of safety with the team a good five points behind 19th place. While the deficit to erase is already too large a one, the bigger predicament is the complete lack of fight from the side, one which has seen them be persisntely toyed around with.

With just one win in their last five encounters, the side’s abysmal defence was rolling over back in March, a peril which has resulted in the side’s demise this season. However, today’s encounter does offer some kind of solace to them with the team up against an akin Southampton defence, one which sees the visitors on a two match losing spree.

Probable Winner

Reverting to losing ways once again after a decent run in the middle period, Southampton are edging ever closer to the relegation zone with each passing gameweek. The side has stuttered defensively, a predicament which will give them jitters against a brimming Norwich City defence.

Both the sides will have a real go today, a tie we envision curtailing in a good scoring draw with neither able to rake up the all important goal.

Probable Playing 11

Goal-Keeper

Despite being one of the worst defensive units in the league, we are still going to rope in Time Krul form Norwich City for this one. The shot stopper played an integral part in restoring his side’s integrity before the league broke off with the player letting in just the one goal in his last two encounters.

Defenders

It’s this new found resilliance which will see us move in with Ben Godfrey as well from the home side for the encounter. Elsewhere, Southampton will see us opt for CB Jack Stephens with the player having popped up with three assists for the side with Jan Bednarek being brought in to partner him up as we opt for the CB pairing from the side.

Midfielders

Although they look certain to be cut out from next season’s Premier League, Norwich City have been lauded for their unabated attacking style of football. The side has refused to be fazed by any opposition, sticking true to ther beliefs to roll out attack after attack.

And a major reason for tasting consummate success in that docket is Todd Cantwell who has the 6 goals and 2 assists to make him the first pick from the side. We have Emiliano Buendia join up from the side with the midfielder having provided unstinted support to the side’s attacking forays with the 7 assists.

Elsewhere, with Norwich City extremely tedious defensively, Southampton should be able to pile on the goals today. It’s a discourse which will favour four goal and three assist man James Ward-Prowse to make him an instant pick from the visiting team.

With the three goals, Nathan Redmond also comes in from the side along with Pierre Hojberg to wrap up our trio from the side.

Strikers

Norwich City’s Tumi Pukki will become the first name to grace this land of our side. Althouhg he had waned off in form in the second part, he’s someone who has risen in stature with the 11 goals and 3 assists to make him too hard to ignore.

Elsewhere, Southampton’s top scorer will also be snared by us here with us roping in Danny Ings who has 15 goals this season.

Captain And Vice-Captain

With 15 goals, Ings moves in as our side’s captain while Pukki is the vice-captain.
