Liverpool fans must be sick of this already, as the speculation surrounding Philippe Coutinho’s future has reared it’s ugly head again.

After somehow managing to hold on to their star man in the summer, Liverpool were hoping that the rumours of Coutinho leaving the club would subside once the window shut.

But we are now in October and the news surrounding Coutinho’s future will just not go away. This is the last thing Liverpool fans need to hear.

After a horrid run of results over the last few weeks, Jurgen Klopp has come under immense pressure from both the media and fans alike. So clearly he will not be pleased to hear that Coutinho is still aching for a move to Barcelona.

According to latest reports, Coutinho has told his agent to forget about a move to PSG and instead concentrate on landing him his dream move to Barcelona.

PSG were the last club who showed an interest in the Brazilian, as they wanted to take the talented midfielder to Paris. The French side are already looking like one of the favourites for the Champions League as Neymar and Co have been setting the competition alight.

Their drubbing of Bayern Munich eventually cost Carlo Ancelotti his job! Now they want to add Coutinho to their growing array of world class talent as their ambitious owners wish to see them create a dynasty at the club.

Barcelona though must feel relived that Coutinho still wants to join them. After a terrible summer transfer window, the Catalan giants needed to add another superstar to offset Neymar’s departure.

While they did not get Coutinho last time around, it looks to be only a matter of time before the Brazilian will ply his trade at the Nou Camp.
