The new Premier League season is set to begin from August 11.
The English FA have announced the Premier League fixtures for the next season, starting from August 11. Manchester United will play their first game against Leicester City at home.
Jose Mourinho’s men will look to dethrone their derby rivals Manchester City, who had a terrific season in 2017-18. Even when the Portuguese manager led Manchester United to their highest Premier League finish (2nd) since the retirement of Sir Alex Ferguson, the Red Devils still finished a massive 19 points behind Man City.
However, United have been quick to wrap up deals for this summer, with the club already announcing two signings before the start of the world cup. Brazilian midfielder Fred signed for Manchester United earlier this month, and Diogo Dalot’s arrival was announced a few hours later.
