Adrien Rabiot to Barcelona

Adrien Rabiot to Barcelona: The French midfielder has responded to speculations surrounding his move to the Catalan club.

Barcelona played a 1-1 draw against Atletico Madrid last night. The substitute Ousmane Dembele came to resue for Barcelona at Wanda Metropolitano as Barcelona earned a point in their clash against Atletico Madrid. Dembele scored the goal in the 90th minute of the game to salvage the draw for the Catalan side.

Earlier, Diego Costa gave home side the lead with merely 13 minutes remaining. Dembele was brought on two minutes later in an attempt to find the equalizer, and the Frenchman didn’t disappoint.

Ousmane Dembele has been in controversies since the beginning of the season for his ill-discipline, with many current players speaking about his poor attitude publicly, which makes his goal all the more worthwhile.

With this draw, Barcelona remain at the top of the table but will lose their place if Sevilla registers a win over Real Valladolid on Sunday.

In the transfer market, meanwhile, Rabiot has responded to claims surrounding his move to Barcelona.

Rabiot to Barcelona:

Adrien Rabiot has long been linked with a move to the club. Throughout the summer transfer window, the midfielder was heavily speculated to join Barcelona, but no substantial offer was put on the table.

However, Rabiot has now responded to the reports. It was earlier claimed that the midfielder has refused the new deal at PSG to force his move through to Spain.

“There’s been a lot of inaccurate thing,” Rabiot said. “I will say something when it’s convenient.”

Rabiot also stated that he has not decided on his future yet, hinting that a move to the Catalan club could still take place.

“Anything could happen, I could stay or go, but nothing’s decided.”

Rabiot’s deal expires in the summer and from January he’s free to negotiate with other clubs. It has been heavily speculated that Rabiot would only leave PSG for Barcelona.
