Randy Orton: The Viper teases a triple threat with Aleister Black and Finn Balor

Randy Orton: The Viper teases a triple threat with Aleister Black and Finn Balor on Twitter. The call out came in a response to a tweet by the WWE.

Aleister Black has been on WWE for a while now. Originally called up as a tag team with Ricochet, they were split up during the Super Shake Up. Ricochet has been tearing the house down on Raw with his amazing matches against Cesaro week after week. However, Black, who was drafted to SmackDown, is yet to feature in a match since.

The WWE tweeted a poll, asking the fans who they would like to see Black face in his first singles match. The options in the poll were Randy Orton, Shinsuke Nakamura, Kevin Owens, Balor, Lars Sullivan and Buddy Murphy.

Randy Orton then took the initiative of calling out Black by nominating his name. Not satisfied by just one opponent, Randy put Finn Balor on notice too. He reminded Balor that the Intercontinental Championship was his first title and he wanted it once again.

Randy wrestled the title out of Rob Van Dam’s waist at Armageddon 2003 to claim his first championship in the promotion. He has since become a 13-time World champion in the WWE. Most recently he battled Triple H in an exciting match in Jeddah and came out victorious.

Finn Balor won the Intercontinental Championship from Bobby Lashley at this year’s Wrestlemania. He was drafted to Raw shortly after and was involved in a feud with Andrade. The two faced each other for the title at WWE Super ShowDown and the Demon prevailed in a hard fought match.

Archie is a WWE and UFC Editor/Author at the SportsRush. Like most combat sports enthusiasts, his passion for watching people fight began with WWE when he witnessed a young Brock Lesnar massacre Hulk Hogan back in 2002. This very passion soon branched out to boxing and mixed martial arts. Over the years he fell in love with the theatrics that preceded the bell and the poetic carnage that followed after. Each bruise a story to tell, each wound a song of struggle, his greatest desire is to be there to witness it all. His favorite wrestler is Shawn Michaels and he believes that GSP is the greatest to ever step foot inside the octagon. Apart from wrestling, he is also fond of poetry and music.
