Real Madrid have been very busy in the transfer market this summer. While they did not manage to sign any big games, they did sign a few youngsters. Those included Alvaro Odriozola and Andriy Lunin.
Vinicius Junior who was purchased sometime back is also on the first team books starting from this season. Cristiano Ronaldo’s departure meant that the Whites need reinforcement at the front. However, they’re currently looking for a new shot stopper.
Keylor Navas has been absolutely breath taking for the European Champions. The Costa Rican had complete faith of Zinedine Zidane, but Julen Lorpetegui’s appointment meant that there could be a new keeper coming in to compete with the former Levante man.
Thibaut Courtois has been linked with a £35 million move for Thibaut Courtois. The Whites in the last few hours are thought to have added Hugo Lloris to the shortlist due to delay in getting Courtois’ signature.
The France captain is looking to move out of Spurs in order to win some club trophies. Real Madrid is thought to be his dream move, but Spurs are demanding £60 million(according to The Sun) which could put the Spaniards off. They recently lost to Liverpool in the race for Alisson Becker but are now tipped to sign Courtois and very recently, if there is anything to be trusted- it could even be Lloris.
The Whites however would prefer a raid on Chelsea from an economical point of view. Daniel Levy’s notorious character while negotiating deals may also be responsible for the Whites preferring a deal with the Blues.
Thibaut Courtois has been linked with a move to the Santiago Bernabeu in the last two or three years, but that could be fulfilled now. On the other hand, Eden Hazard has been talking a lot about a potential Real Madrid transfer.
The rumour mill is only getting more and more excited for what happens as the Belgian could be signed as Ronaldo’s replacement.
