Real Madrid became the most successful team in the Club World Cup as they lift the Club World Cup for the fourth time in their history.
The side registered a 4-1 victory over Al Ain in the final of the 2018 Club World Cup, as they won their third consecutive Club World Cup title.
This was Real Madrid’s first silverware of the season after the club suffered a shocking loss to Atletico Madrid in the Super Cup final earlier this season.
Ballon d’Or winner Luka Modric opened the goalscoring for Real Madrid, while Marcos Llorente and captain Sergio Ramos scored in the second half to seal the victory for Real Madrid. Yahia Nader scored an unfortunate own goal in the injury time.
