Roberto Firmino mocked by FPL expert and Chess Champion Magnus Carlsen with Robert Lewandowski mention over his recent performances.
Magnus Carlsen is a chess prodigy who is currently dominating the world of Chess. The World champion on Wednesday made a remark of Roberto Firmino after making into online chess competition- Chess 24.
Despite winning all 9 games and securing 25 out of 27 possible points, he made a harsh statement on his performances, making a statement on finishing a game.
“It seems that in the last few matches, to use a Football analogy, I am getting Lewandowski level chances but I am converting them at Firmino level,” Carlsen said.
“For those who don’t watch football, that’s pretty bad. But at least the last two games were kind of ok.” He further added. Carlsen is a passionate lover of football and has a deep interest in the Premier League.
The chess champion was highly active in the fantasy league tournament of the Premier League. Carlsen had a scintillating performance in the game this season and was on the hook of winning the game till the last game-week.
He grabbed huge attention when he was ranked at the top in December and had a good run of performances till the end. On the final day, he even congratulated the winner Aleksandar Antonov.

Roberto Firmino and Robert Lewandowski contrast
Roberto Firmino in the trio with Salah and Sadio Mane is the least aggressive attacker. He is considered to be the bridge between the two wing players so that they can have ease in scoring.
On the other hand, Lewandowski is the primary scorer in Bayern Munich and currently the best striker in the world. Additionally, the Polish striker was on the verge of winning the European golden boot, until Ciro Immobile overpassed him on Wednesday.
In terms of goal-tally, the difference between the two strikers is astronomical. But Liverpool fans do not consider Firmino any less of a player in their team.
