Rodrygo agrees deal with Real Madrid
Real Madrid have completed the signing of Rodrygo from Santos, for a fee worth around €45m.
Santos have announced that Real Madrid have completed the signing of the 17-year old youngster Rodrygo. The transfer is worth to be around the region of €45m.

Rodrygo will join the Spanish giants from 2018-19 season. Santos have announced that he will remain at the Brazilian club for one more seaosn, as they oversee his development at the club.
Santos have appreciated Real Madrid for their conduct in their official statement.
“Santos FC is grateful for the attitude and professionalism of Real Madrid CF in every process, as well as the family and representatives of the player, who have sought a transparent, and very good, negotiation for all parties,” Santos’ official press release read.
Rodrygo scored 6 goals and provided two assists in 15 games in his first season at Santos FC. His performances invited interest from top European clubs. He has also scored 3 goals in 4 games for Brazil U-17 team, and has been recently called up to reperesent Brazil’s U-20 side.
Besides the signing fee, Real Madrid will also pay a €5m bonus for the Brazilian youngster.
Rodrygo was the youngest player ever to score a goal in the Copa Libertadores. He also scored 6 goals in one game for their U-17 side.
At Real Madrid, he will join another Brazilian starlet in Vinicius Junior, who joined the Spanish giants last season.
Real Madrid have also recently announced their new manager, Julen Lopetegui, after Zinedine Zidane resigned from the post.
