Ronaldo’s ex calls him ‘psychopath’: Cristiano Ronaldo faced sexual assault allegations last year, and his ex-girlfriend Jasmine Lennard has now broken silence on the issue, calling him a ‘psycho.’
Kathryn Mayorga, 34, accused Cristiano Ronaldo of rape in September 2018.
She says, as quoted by German publication Der Spiegel, that the current Juventus forward raped her in a suite in Las Vegas in 2009.
This was the first time when Mayorga spoke publically on the incident, revealing details about what happened between her and Ronaldo in the hotel suite.
Mayorga’s lawyer’s claims rely on the part of the document which includes Ronaldo’s description of the incidents inside the suite.
In the document possessed by the lawyer, Ronaldo is quoted as saying, “She said no and stop several times.”
Ronaldo released an official statement in the week following Mayorga’s allegations, where he denied any wrongdoing. Recently, in an interview, Ronaldo spoke on the allegations again, where he stated that the ‘truth’ will come out soon.
Ronaldo’s ex calls him a ‘psychopath’:
In a long Twitter rant, Cristiano Ronaldo’s ex-girlfriend, Jasmine Lennard, has not only called the Juventus forward a ‘psychopath,’ but also vowed to help the rape survivor Kathryn Mayorga.
She wrote, “On that note and after much thought i am reaching out to Kathryn Mayorga and her legal team to offer my assistance in her rape allegation against Cristiano Ronaldo please contact me.
“I have information that I believe will be beneficial to your case and I would like to help you.”
She further posted a series of tweets, where she insisted that she has evidence, and will bring Mayorga to justice.
Earlier, Cristiano Ronaldo defended himself against the allegations, stating that rape is an ‘abominable crime,’ and that he will clear his name.
His current club Juventus also released an official statement on the accusations.
