Klopp is known to be a big fan of the Spanish Star and Real are willing to let the German manage the attacking midfielder. It will be interesting to see if Klopp takes the bait considering Tottenham are also looking to sign Asensio.

Sadio Mane played an important role for the reds last season. He scored 26 times in all competitions and was vital to Liverpool winning the champions league. Marco Asensio played 44 times for Real Madrid. He netted the ball 6 times and provided his team with 7 assists.

Liverpool don’t need to sell

Liverpool generated a lot of money last season. Even more than Manchester City, according to Football finance expert Kieran Maguire. They earned additional revenue from the Champions League.

Unlike previous seasons, Liverpool have a satisfied squad with none of their players wanting to leave this time. This means that Liverpool are under no pressure to sell or buy. However, It will be really interesting to see if Klopp responds to the offer.
