The match between Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on Tuesday (10th April) at MA Chidambaram Stadium turned out to be a thriller. The returning team, CSK won their second consecutive game of IPL 2018.

The game was a heart-wrenching thriller and involved emotions as well. Soon after the match, the owner of KKR Shahrukh Khan (SRK) met the wife of MS Dhoni. Shakshi Dhoni was seen consoling him after their first loss of the season.
After a fiery start, KKR’s batting collapsed and looked in trouble by the middle of the innings. But Andre Russell had some other plans as he hit 1 four and 11 sixes during his inning.
He was smashing every ball into the stands and seemed unstoppable. He also hit the biggest six of the season, 105m. However, Andre Russell’s magical knock of 88 off just 36 balls went in vain.
Shane Watson and Ambati Rayadu opened the inning for CSK and gave a blasting start. Soon, Sam Billings who got the place in the team for Kedar Jadhav played a magnificent inning to put CSK close to the target.
He smashed 56 runs off just 23 deliveries and put CSK in a comfortable position. Last match hero Dwayne Bravo hit 2 sixes and Ravindra Jadeja finished the match with the help of a six.
KKR’s lucky charm and owner SRK came to watch the match and motivate his team. The stadium was full of yellow team supporters and there was no place for KKR fans. However, the day turned out to be bad for KKR fans as they lost their first match of the season.
SRK is known as a very kind person and his relationship with the players is also well. After the match, even after the loss, SRK went to Dhoni’s wife and hugged her.
However, Sakshi was seen consoling the actor not to be sad for the loss. While the actor was laughing at her as he understood that CSK were the deserved winners of the match.
