Shane Watson Twitter and Instagram handle hacked
While Watson’s Twitter handle was completely tampered with, his Instagram hasn’t had much change in the profile. His profile picture and bio were completely changed on Twitter. However, his Instagram has been relatively unchanged except for his bio which has been changed to “JOIN SHADOW REALM, LINK IN BIO!”.
His username has also been changed to ‘@bravery on snap’ and the weird activity is happening since 1 PM IST. The hacker has used Watson’s profile to flood his Instagram with inappropriate pictures and videos of scantily clad women.
Shane Watson has made a clarification on his now recovered Twitter handle, apologising for the misdemeanour going on on his Instagram.
My apologies to everyone for the illicit photos that have been posted on my Instagram account.
First my Twitter account on Friday got hacked and now Instagram today.
Instagram needs to help out a lot quicker when things like this happens. This is taking way too long!!! 😡😡😡😡— Shane Watson (@ShaneRWatson33) October 15, 2019
He also urged Instagram to act swiftly with their recovery. Watson is probably understandably getting frustrated at the situation at hand.

Shane Watson was a gifted Australian Cricketer who could join any side based on either his batting or bowling alone. Unfortunately, his career suffered from being a part of the Golden Generation and the numerous injuries he suffered all through his career.
Watson still finished his career with respectable numbers was the last player to retire from Australia’s golden era of the early 2000s.
