Shikhar Dhawan gifts the world with a unique photo of Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma on their wedding day

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma’s wedding has caught the imagination of the country, with people from all over the nation pouring in congratulatory messages for the duo, in what was probably the biggest ‘Cricket-Bollywood’ wedding of all time.

‘Virushka’, as they are fondly referred to, got married in Tuscany, away from all the Indian media hype, with their close ones around them.

The announcement of their concluded marriage was made at around 8 P.M. last night, after which the nation went into a frenzy, flooding social media with videos of the wedding and all the ceremonies that go with it.

Celebrities from Bollywood as well as the cricketing world took to social media to shower in their blessings for one of the most talked about couple in India, tweeting in their wishes or putting up statuses.

But Shikhar Dhawan did something different, putting up a holiday picture of the couple along with himself and his wife. The couples were pictured on two wheelers, in what seems like a picture that was clicked in Goa.

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma will hold their wedding reception in Delhi on 21st December for family and friends who couldn’t make it to Italy, and for colleagues from the Indian team and B-Town in Mumbai on the 26th of December.

Shikhar Dhawan is presently with the Indian team in Mohali, gearing for the 2nd ODI of the series. India currently trail Sri Lanka by 1-0, after delivering a shambolic performance with the bat in Dharamshala.
