Not many would have liked to join this illustrious trio but someone had to. Wesley Sneijder pulled out a ball with the Slavia Prague’s name on it before Petr Cech pulled up the ball with group F written on it. The Czech club have qualified for the Champions League for the first time since the 2007-08 season and will now have to face 3 titans.

Many would weep at the thought of facing Borussia Dortmund, Inter Milan and Barcelona. However, Slavia Prague’s delegates decided to giggle as they tried to control their laughter.

The draw may mean that once the group stage is done, the team may not even qualify for the Europa through a 3rd place finish. However, facing big teams as such will give them a lot of exposure, growth and mat even help them financially with tourists flocking to their city to view the match. Especially Barcelona and more specifically Lionel Messi fans.
