Benfica’s most expensive signing this year when he arrived at Benfica from Almeria for 24 million euros, the 21 year old striker has managed to make a real name for himself in no time.
With five goals and six assists to go with them in the space of 11 matches, he’s not only proved his mettle but shown why he’s considered such an exciting prospect at the global stage.
His runaway start has already seen Benfica’s head coach, Jorge Jesus tout the transfer value for him to surpass the over 100 million pound figure the club received from Atletico Madrid for Joao Felix. Clearly well endowed, the striker will be looking to break the bank and continue to draw interest from City in the time to come.
