Every year, Steam comes out with a sale around the Lunar New Year. Last year was the year of the rat, and 2021 will be the year of the Ox. Many in the gaming community are anticipating when Steam’s Lunar New Year Sale 2021 will begin. They cloud of suspense is now gone, and the latest leaks suggest that it is getting close.

Steam Database, an account on twitter, which tracks everything about Valve & Steam, have the answer for us. In their latest tweet, which came out a few hours ago, they have said that the Lunar New Year Sale 2021 is less than a month away.

When is Steam Lunar New Year Sale 2021?

If the information in this tweet is true, the Steam Lunar New Year Sale 2021 will be live for exactly 5 days. Also, the image in the tweet is from last year’s sale, as it is that of a rat. We have no new artwork yet, but we are sure that when it does come out, Steam Database will be ready with it as well. 2021 is the year of the Ox, and we can surely expect some bold new artwork.

Also, the Chinese New Year falls on 12 February. This is all the more reason to believe that Steam will be sticking with the dates that have been mentioned above.
