A surprising secret about Sakshi and Anushka

MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli are the two most popular cricketers in Indian cricket today. One is the former captain of the country who lifted every trophy that he could possibly win as skipper while the other is well on his way to matching his predecessor’s achievements.

Kohli and Dhoni are also good friends, as explained by Kohli in a recent interview.

“A lot of people try to plug in stories of a rift between us. The best part is neither he reads those articles nor do I. And when the people see us together, they wonder ‘wasn’t their rift between the two’. We laugh amongst ourselves and say we didn’t know there was one.”

But now we come to know that their respective partners have also known each other for a long time! Anushka recently spoke in an interview in which she mentioned that she knew the Bollywood actress as a child.

“Sakshi and I lived together in a very small town in Assam. When she told me where she lived, I said wow, I have lived here too! She said I went to this school, I said I went to this school too. And then I found a picture in which Sakshi is dressed as a fairy and I’m dressed in a ghagra like my favorite idol Madhuri. Sakshi is extremely funny.”

“I’m friends with Dhoni’s wife Sakshi and I love the way he treats her and protects her. They look so cute together and I adore that MSD knows how to treat his woman.”
