TNPL 2019 Points Table

TNPL 2019 points table: How does the standings look like after the end of the seventh match of the fourth season of TNPL

The fourth season of the ongoing Tamil Nadu Premier League (2019) had got off to a blistering start.

We had witnessed the first Super Over of the ongoing fourth season in only the second match of the tournament. Karaikudi Kaalai’s skipper Srikkanth Anirudha’s couple of monstrous hits into the stands meant that his team registered their first win of the tournament.

But, come their second match on Wednesday, their run-rate took a heavy blow as they were dismissed for a paltry 67 in mere 14.4 overs in their bid to chase down the total of 177/4 posted by the VB Kanchi Veerans in 20 overs.

Just the previous day, Chepauk Super Gillies too, registered their first win of the tournament, by defeating the Ruby Trichy Warriors by 41 runs.

R. Alexander picked a breathtaking five-wicket haul, while giving away only five runs in his four over spell to guide his team to a comfortable victory.
