TWITTER REACTS AS BRIGHTON BEAT MANCHESTER UNITED

Twitter reacts as Brighton beat Manchester United 3-2 in the second match-week of the Premier League.

It was a night to forget for Jose Mourinho and his men as Manchester United lost 3-2 to Brighton and Hove Albion. United lacked composure and hardly had fluidity in their attack and defence as Mourinho’s side were all over the place throughout the match.

Brighton scored two quick goals early in the second half. Lukaku pulled one back for United, but an unnecessary foul from Eric Bailly resulted in a penalty goal for Brighton.

Manchester United continued to attack throughout the second half but could hardly produce any decent opportunity to score a goal.

Brighton conceded a penalty in the extra time, which was coolly converted by Paul Pogba. However, it was too late for the Mourinho’s side.

Manchester City continues to remain at the top of the table with 6 points, but more importantly, with a staggering goal difference of 7. Chelsea and Watford complete the top three.
