Former Pakistan all-rounder Abdul Razzaq has made the rounds in the media since last year primarily because of his comments over Indian cricketers.
From offering to coach India all-rounder Hardik Pandya to laying emphasis on fast bowler Mohammed Shami’s religion to taking a sly dig at captain Virat Kohli, Razzaq has been pretty vocal on cricketers from across the border.
In what is his first statement on cricket related to India this year, Razzaq believes that the top XI players from the Pakistan Super League can beat the top XI players from the Indian Premier League, if they play a T20 against each other.

The aforementioned words were communicated to Pakistan journalist Saj Sadiq who took to his social media platform Twitter account to made it public.
Abdul Razzaq “if a team of the best players from the Indian Premier League faced a team made-up of the best players from the Pakistan Super League, the PSL team would win” #Cricket

Had always liked and respected Abdul Razzaq as a player but some of his comments don’t make sense! Well if there is a game, PSL XI could win – as we know anything can happen in cricket! However these comments are less about cricket and more to take potshots! https://t.co/zdAhGzSDDW

Pls don’t compare IPL with cheap PSL …. IPL is one of the top 10 premier leagues in the world. Where as PSL is not on the top 100 even ….😂

Mumbai Indians can beat any PSL team day in day out.

A very useless claim… Of course as a Pakistani our first choice and most interesting league is PSL by any distance but it does not mean that IPL is not that competitive. At the moment IPL is best league to presence of all current stars.Accept the reality.thts a prob in Asia

yeah we can but if the match is played on planet Mars, because no doubt we have talent but we can’t handle the pressure,we don’t have strong nerves, we go into the ground with low confidence, morale down and the outcome is always predicted.
