Israel Adesanya has made the headlines within the martial arts community. The former UFC Middleweight champion has been rather quiet since his fifth-round TKO to current 185lbs champion, Alex Perreira. The Kiwi had put on a petrifying title reign which included five title defenses. He had become a phenomenal champion, defeating the likes of Robert Whittaker, Paulo Costa, Marvin Vettori and Jared Cannonier.
However, he was defeated by Perreira in Madison Square Garden at UFC 281 two months ago. The Last Stylebender put on a commendable display and was winning the contest three rounds to one, prior to the fifth round. Nonetheless, he was knocked out in the fifth round.
Adesanya has taken the loss on his chin, as a true champion does. Although, the UFC Middleweight has now left his supporters astounded with his latest revelation.
The former UFC Middleweight champion has intrigued his supporters with a new tattoo, on his face.

The Last Stylebender took to social media to reveal his new tattoo. His body has been covered up with a myriad of tattoos, which have been on display since he stepped foot in the UFC.

He took to social media to reveal a face tattoo, which had an inscription of an Arabic word. The word is tattooed atop his eyebrow.
Safe to say, fans haven’t been too pleased with his new tattoo. They have taken to Twitter to express their thoughts on Adesanya’s latest revelation.
Israel Adesanya is in pursuit of a title rematch!
The 33-year-old has been working on enhancing himself and his skill set. Adesanya has been working with head coach Eugene Bareman in preparation for a title rematch.
His adversary, Alex Perreira has long had his number and has conquered Adesanya in three separate contests. The latter was defeated via decision the first time. He has since knocked out the Kiwi twice in two separate sports.
Adesanya, although, has since stated that he believes a title rematch is imminent. The 33-year-old has been eyeing a rematch with his fiercest rival since his loss.
The pair is expected to meet each other once again this year. Whether he will recapture his title is yet to be seen, but rest assured, the next contest for Adesanya will be an opportunity for him to regain his championship.
