Jorge Masvidal Vs. Nate Diaz 2, is in talks and may become official, as both parties are apparently interested.
Two of the most combustible forces in UFC, Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal are set to meet again inside the Octagon. According to TMZ, the talks are in place and both the parties are said to be interested. They first encountered back in November 2019, where Masvidal prevailed after 3 rounds. That night, the ringside doctor intervened and concluded that Diaz is no longer in condition to compete, though he was still standing on his feet, and evidently had garnered more points on the score sheet.
The fight though wan’t a title fight, yet headlined UFC 244. Dana White gave the bout a specific tag, and stated, it is for the “baddest motherf…..” (‘BMF’) belt.

Jorge Masvidal Vs. Nate Diaz: What it May Bring
Both Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal, do not present the most pleasant record in the ring, but numbers do not matter when the achievements are exceptional. And so is the case with these two Welterweights.
While the Stockton slugger is famous for his tenacity in the ring, Masvidal has 16 KO wins to his name. Thus, it will be another nerve-racking fight.
The bout, if becomes official will again become a major selling point, and will fill the fighters’ pockets as well. Moreover, winning and losing would not be a big factor, as regardless of the result, the stature of both fighters may remain intact.
Jorge Masvidal vs. Nathan Diaz 2 has been offered and is being discussed, but it wouldn’t be for the same night as Usman-Burns, as TMZ reported. It would be for the January PPV. No chance those two would agree to be the co-main anyway. All parties interested but not signed yet.
