Kohli has not been in action since the test series against Sri Lanka, as the Indian skipper took a month long break to rejuvenate himself for the upcoming series against South Africa.
In Kohli’s absence, Rohit Sharma led the side admirably as India beat Sri Lanka in the ODI and T20I series. Rohit was sensational, as he scored a double hundred in the second ODI and then equaled the fastest century in T20Is.
