Virat Kohli stays atop the ICC ODI rankings

Indian skipper Virat Kohli remains atop the latest ICC ODI rankings that were released two days ago. The Indian middle-order batsman was sensational in the tour to South Africa, as Kohli plundered runs and notched up centuries at will.

The Indian skipper has been a force to reckon with as of late, as Kohli has been smashing records and underlining his status as one of the greatest players of all time.

Indian skipper Virat Kohli’s consistency is becoming quite difficult to believe, as the classy right hander has carried on and notched up three hundreds in his last series against South Africa.

Kohli’s latest performances have taken his reputation up a few notches, as the Indian champion is now widely regarded as one of the greatest batsmen to ever play the game.

Rohit Sharma is the next highest ranked Indian at the sixth position, with Shikhar Dhawan the next at number eleven and MS Dhoni at 15th.

Among the bowlers, Jasprit Bumrah leads the ODI rankings, and is joined by Yuzvendra Chahal in the top ten bowlers.

India also lead the team rankings closely followed by South Africa and England. Team India are currently on top of the world, as they lead all the rankings in the ODI format.
