Virat Kohli’s beautiful message on Eid!
Festivals in India bring out the best in people. It’s a time when religious differences are knocked out of the window, it’s a time when people celebrate together irrespective of caste, creed or religion and it’s a time when love takes centre stage. Gifts are exchanged, sweets are rolled out left, right and centre and life is celebrated.
Eid brings about the same set of emotions in people all across the country. The aroma of freshly cooked Biryani, the sweetness of the seviyan and the aura of oneness takes over.
Manyavar’s new advertisment, featuring Virat Kohli, tries to send across the beautiful message of celebration and Eid. It also touches upon the various other festivals in India, emphasising on the point that no matter what the festival, the emotion all across the nation remains more or less the same.
Virat Kohli was appointed as the brand ambassador for Manyavar in 2016, appearing in all their offline and online marketing activities.
Manyavar opted for Virat Kohli as their brand ambassador owing to Kohli’s image and how he is India’s biggest youth icon.
We are delighted to have Virat as the ambassador for our brand Manyavar. He is a role model for the youth and the perfect fit for what the brand is trying to convey. Also, Virat has strong national appeal and he is the most relatable figure for the audience that Manyavar is targeting. We look forward to the partnership and are confident that this will be a mutually rewarding association,” said Ajay Modi, Manyavar Director(in an interview with Business Standard)
Here’s the wonderful video of Virat wishing people Eid Mubarak.
