WATCH: Adam Zampa rubs the ball after putting hands in pocket in India vs Australia 2019 Cricket World Cup match

Adam Zampa rubs the ball: The Australian leg-spinner was seen rubbing the ball after putting his hands in the pocked vs India.

During the 14th match of the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 between India and Australia at The Oval, Australia leg-spinner Adam Zampa was caught on camera while he was rubbing the ball after putting both his hands in both his pockets.

It all happened during the 14th over of the Indian innings when Zampa was bowling to Indian opening batsman in Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan. Zampa’s footage of doing the same has been doing the rounds on social media platform twitter since then.

It is worth mentioning that there is nothing conclusive in the footage with respect to Zampa doing anything outside the laws. There might be suggestions on Twitter regarding him tampering with the ball but that remains distant from this footage.

Talking about the match, Zampa has had a tough day. At the time of writing this article, he has conceded 50 runs in the six overs that he has bowled.

After India captain Virat Kohli won the toss and chose to bat, he would be relieved with the way his batsmen (including himself) have batted so far. Led by opening batsman Shikhar Dhawan’s 17th ODI century, India seem likely to post in the vicinity of 350 runs.
