David De Gea has proved it once again why he is considered among the very best goal keepers of his generation.

The Spaniard has been in great form this season and has been a major reason why United have kept six clean sheets out of seven so far.

Spain’s number one was called to his side’s aid once again at Anfield today, as he pulled off a brilliant save to deny Liverpool taking the lead in the match.

In what is United’s most important game of the season so far, Liverpool put together a nice move before De Gea saved his team.

Firmino did really well to cut the ball to Matip. The defender thought he would have scored had it not been for De Gea’s outstretched leg.
