WATCH : KL Rahul uses the DRS to good effect in the 1st T20
The first T20I between India and Sri Lanka looks set to be heading for a very exciting finish.
KL Rahul was the star of the show, as his superbly placed half century guided the Indian innings. After Rohit was dismissed cheaply, Rahul and Iyer put together a partnership to steady the innings.
Things could have been different though as Rahul was adjudged LBW off the bowling of Angelo Matthews. The experienced Lankan all-rounder trapped Rahul on the crease and got the umpire to raise his finger.
Rahul though was quite confident, and immediately called for the DRS. And he was proved to be right, as the ball was going down the leg side.
Dhoni was getting ready to enter the field, but then realized that the decision had been reversed and went back to his seat.
