BR vs HRH Best Dream 11 Team: Crumbling Haryana Heroes in massive need of a win to get their campaign underway
The first edition of the new entrant into the kabaddi world is turning out to be a howler for the Haryana Heroes. After going down narrowly by points to Pune Pride in the league’s opening encounter, the Heroes were trounced by Pondicherry Predators. In what was a completely one-sided match, the Heroes were made short work of as they went down by a staggering scoreline of 52-28.
Bangalore Rhinos Vs Haryana Heroes Best Dream 11 Team
The two crumbling results for HRH have left them in an extremely precarious situation. It’s been a flabbergasting start to IIPKL 2019 for them, one where their malicious showings seeing them sitting stumped at the bottom of the table with a score of -32. Come their third match against the Bangalore Rhinos, the Heroes need to step up fast and massively. Another setback would be a massive one for them, one that could render their season redundant at this stage itself.
Elsewhere, their opponents will be going into the encounter having tasted defeat themselves in their previous showing. After defeating PDP, the Bangalore Rhinos were just edged out by Pune Pride in a match that was a testament to the defence side of the game. As they look to comeback from that match and show immense fighting spirit, they couldn’t have asked for a better match than the one against HRH.
We picked Manoj Kumar the last time around and he’s straight away coming into our side this time as well. He has been a key figure for the Rhinos in curtailing opposition attacks, enforcing tackles to perfection to take centrestage in the outfits’ defensive unit. Given the abysmal quality the Heroes have thrown forward in the raiding corner in their opening two matches, we expect them to be mauled yet again. This sees us opt for another defender from BR with Ambeswaran becoming the second pick.
While HRH have offered absolutely next to nothing on the attacking front, the defensive players have still shown such promise. We expect them to show some kind of fortitude and this sees us go with Monu Jakhar as the pick from their side.
It’s going to be a two man BR unit that makes us the identity of this crucial section of our team. We fully expect the Rhinos to win this fixture and there’s no one else to turn to but Arumugam. He’s been flawless in both the matches his side have traversed in the league and in that wake, he’s going to be a steady pick for this clash as well.
We were rewarded with fruition for picking a two man of him and Vipin Malik the last time around and we are going to instil our faith in them yet again. There’s no point shifting from type when things are working your way and we are going to go by the same belief here.
He was picked by the Rhinos owing to his rapid steals and ability to get across the line with successful raid points and the previous match showed by. Making a comeback in the second half to win 18-14 and take the game as close as it did, BR’s Sandeep Kumar was ruthless in ensuring that his side got the maximum raid points. We select him from the Rhinos and from HRH its Sagar Singh who is going to complete the last vacant spot.
Captain And Vice-Captain
Defender Manoj Kumar will captain our side for the night with their all-rounder Arumugam being the vice-captain. Expect this to be a one-sided encounter with Haryana being put down way too easily yet again.
