With the rain delay coming to an end, India were given the daunting task of restricting South Africa to less than 202 in the stipulated 28 overs.

3 bowlers were allowed 6 overs, while 2 were allowed 5 overs, and with Bhuvi and Bumrah already having bowled 4 overs each, the onus was on Hardik, Kuldeep and Yuzi to get the breakthroughs for India.

And just when it seemed that Amla and JPD were onto something, Kuldeep trapped JP Duminy right in front, even though he had danced down the track quite a bit.

The decision looked quite straight forward with JPD hit very much in line, but the amount of distance that the ball would have had to travel could have created a doubt in the umpires mind.

However, the umpire decided to raise the finger and India had their man.

Kuldeep Yadav though fell to the ground while appealing, and a lot of Indian players saw some humour in it too.

Match Situation

With Duminy having departed, the job hasn’t quite gotten easy for India, as ABD has come to the crease.

ABD has tried taking the attack to India, hammering Pandya to the mid-wicket boundary with some disdain.

Meanwhile, Amla too has departed, holing out to Kuldeep at long off, with Bhuvi pulling off an incredible catch at the boundary.

Kuldeep is posing to be a menace for the Proteas as even ABD is finding him difficult to pick. Miller and ABD would be hoping to take the Proteas through as this is in all probability the last recognised batting pair(with Klassen and Morris to follow)
