Facing a spinner on a turning track is always a difficult proposition for a batsman and playing against the spin is one of the toughest things to do on a turning track.

However, when you are someone of the calibre of Manoj Tiwary it might not be the most difficult things to do.

Tiwary who is a veteran domestic cricket shared a video on his twitter handle where he can be seen flicking a turning ball for a boundary. The shot oozed class and the reaction of the wicket-keeper said it all.

The left-arm spinner in action bowled a good delivery outside the off stump. However, Tiwary came dancing down the track and flicked the delivery with the utmost ease in the end.

Playing against the spin is a very difficult prospect and hence the coaches often prohibit the young players to play against the spin. However, when batsmen have the confidence and natural abilities, he can execute the shot to perfection.

Taking to his twitter handle, Tiwary shared the video and jokingly said that the coaches who stop players from playing against the spin might not have watched him bat. “When ur coaches say don’t play against the Spin on a turning track, Den I say oh wait u haven’t seen me yet playing. Loved d reaction of d wicket-keeper here,” he wrote.

He eventually made his India debut a year later in the Commonwealth bank series against Australia. He was castled by a peach of a delivery from Brett Lee after he scored just 2 runs.
