WATCH: MS Dhoni stays really low to effect Gunaratne’s stumping off Yuzvendra Chahal’s bowling
MS Dhoni’s wicket keeping skills have been spoken about everyday, as his unorthodox style has caught the imagination of the world time and again.
Having already completed a terrific catch on the leg side off Yuzi Chahal’s bowling, MS Dhoni effected a great stumping to send Gunaratne back, who was beaten in flight and couldn’t connect with a ball that was drifting down the leg side.
He ended up falling over and Dhoni to his credit, kept very low to let the ball ricochet of his gloves and hit the stumps, with Gunaratne out of his crease.
Sri Lanka have dug a hole for themselves in the second innings, playing too many shots and not having a game plan in order to chase those 181 runs down.
Yuzvendra Chahal is spinning a web around the Sri Lankan batsman, who currently have no answer to his trickery.
