As Team India rejoiced in their victory over New Zealand, the shy former skipper of India tried to run away from the celebrations!

India secured a thrilling victory in the last and final T20 match against the Kiwis. New Zealand will feel a little hard done by as they came agonizingly close to winning both the ODI as well as T20 series.

For Kohli and his men, the Kiwis proved to be a far greater threat than they could have expected after comprehensively beating the world champions Australia a few weeks back.

All in all, it was a sweet victory that was celebrated with much gusto. While the entire team and support staff joined in the celebrations, Dhoni tried to run away as he did not want to get soaked in the champagne.

It was typical of the shy Ranchi man, as Dhoni preferred to sit back and enjoy rather than be front and center of the celebrations!
