STR vs HEA Dream11 Prediction : Adelaide Strikers vs Brisbane Heat Best Dream 11 Team for Grand League

Rashid Khan registers third T20 hat-trick: The Strikers’ spinner was phenomenal with the ball in hand at the Adelaide Oval.

During the 27th match of the ongoing ninth season of the Big Bash League between Adelaide Strikers and Sydney Sixers in Adelaide, Adelaide Strikers spinner Rashid Khan registered his third T20 hat-trick as he bowled a phenomenal spell to defend a low score.

It all started on the penultimate delivery of the 11th over when Sixers batsman James Vince (27) edged a Rashid Khan delivery to Strikers captain and wicket-keeper Alex Carey.

Coming in to bat at No. 6, Jack Edwards (0) was found wanting in front of the stumps on the following delivery as Rashid picked his third wicket of the match. On the first delivery of the 13th over, Sydney batsman Jordan Silk (16) failed to read a googly from Rashid as the ball went between his bat and pads to ensure a hat-trick for the 21-year old player.

Defending a 136-run target, Rashid’s spell kept the hosts in the match until birthday boy Josh Hazlewood hit three fours in a row to seal the chase in the penultimate over. With bowling figures of 4-0-22-4, Rashid was the pick of the bowlers for the home team.

Sydney captain Daniel Hughes’ decision to bowl first was well-supported by his bowlers as they bundled out Strikers for 135 in 19.4 overs. While Tom Curran picked four wickets for the visitors, Ben Dwarshius and Lloyd Pope contributed with a couple of wickets apiece.
