Both the teams are placed on No.1 and No.2 spot in the league table. Storm and Mystics have won there opening two games comfortably. Liberty(71-87) and Minnesota Lynx (66-90) lost to Storm whereas Mystics register victory over Fever (101-76) and Sun (94-89).

Mystics are missing some key players from last season but still, they are playing like a champion side. Storm on the other side is storming their way into the playoffs and is full of confidence. They were eliminated early in the playoffs previous season but in this season they are looking to go deep into the Playoffs.

This is a game that could be a preview for the WNBA finals this year, as both these teams are expected to make it to the WNBA summit this season.

Storm vs Mystics Preview

Seattle has been hyped as the preseason title favorites and they have lived up to the expectation by winning both their opening games. The real test will be today when they will face the defending champion.

For Seattle, Breanna Stewart has scored 18 points and 9 rebounds in the opening two encounters and Sue Bird is averaging 13.5 ppg and 4.5 assists per game. They will be a crucial duo in today’s game if Seattle Storm wants to come on top of Mystics. Bird alone scored 16 points against Minnesota on Tuesday.

Both the team met in 2018 finals, where Seattle swept mystics, and fans are expecting the same this year as both the teams are favorites for the Final.
