Wolves will take on Man Utd in the Premier League as the Red Devils play to stay in the fight for the top four positions in the table.

Manchester United registered a 2-1 victory over Watford in the Premier League. Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial were on target for the side as Solskjaer secured his first win since being appointed as the permanent boss.

However, Watford looked more threatening than Manchester United throughout the game, creating significant problems for the side in the defence.

They scored late in the game through Doucoure, and came close to equalizing in the injury time through a free-kick as well.

Solskjaer’s side will return to the Premier League action against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Tuesday night. The match is significant for the side’s hopes for a top-four finish in the league.

Wolves vs Man Utd – Head to Head:

Wolverhampton Wanderers pulled up a stunning upset over Manchester United the last time both the sides met at the Molineux stadium – which was not long ago.

The sides clashed in the quarterfinals of the FA Cup where Wolves secured a 2-0 win over the visitors.

Wolves will be aiming to inflict another damage to Manchester United’s hopes when they meet in the Premier League.

Nuno Espirito Santo’s side has been fairly punching above their weight in the Premier League – standing at 7th in the league table. They’re currently on 44 points in the league.

However, the side faced a defeat in their last game against Burnley, from an own goal from Conor Coady in the 2nd minute of the game, and a 77th minute goal from Dwight McNeill.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, meanwhile, stated last week that the side is aiming for a third-placed finish, which means that the side cannot afford to drop points against Wolves.
